Hi! Thanks for checking out my website. Well, a little bit about myself. Much like many of the folks in Arizona, I'm not a native. I grew up in New Jersey and subsequently, I went to the University of Virginia where I received my BS in Chemical Engineering. I then went to Texas A&M where I received my MS and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering as well. Upon the completion of all my education, I took a 'process engineering' position with a large semiconductor company in the Southwest.
It was at this time that I purchased my first home. Within about a year, I decided to move and purchased another home. Rather than sell the first one, I kept it as an investment property. This started a real estate investing career that has seen me purchase and sell numerous properties in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. I currently own and manage single family homes, duplexes and fourplexes in these states as well.
Over time, my passion for Real Estate as well as helping others was evident and I left my engineering career behind to pursue my Real Estate endeavors full-time. Now I help my clients in a myriad of Real Estate-related scenarios. These include short sales, foreclosures, 1st time buyers, resales, new construction, investors and relocation. Most notably, I have become a relative expert at short sales - the most complicated type of Real Estate transaction which most agents are ill-equipped to deal with.
